The Michigan Out-of-School Time (OST) Site & Community Data Tool is designed to help OST providers find location-based information for state 32n OST and federal 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) applications. Users can enter a local landmark or site address and set a radius of the region, and the dashboard will display the latest information about the region’s school district, community census tract characteristics, and straight-line distance to nearby publicly funded OST sites. This tool helps OST professionals understand the needs and opportunities around any Michigan address so they can identify service gaps, build partnerships, and use data to better target resources that support children and families.
