Map 1: Total Investment by County
These maps show total funding by county across three grant types available to providers. Data were drawn from 2022 to 2024. Grant types:
- Prelicensure grants – support the licensing process
- Startup grants – cover costs beyond licensing
- Facility improvement grants – fund upgrades for new and existing facilities
Map 2: Average Investment per Provider
This map shows the average funding per provider in each county. It is calculated by dividing total county funding (Map 1) by the total number of providers in that county (including those who did not apply for funding).
